See salt. Or more even more specifically, see sea salt. Because David and Alison have had the idea of turning the stunning, pure waters around Angelesey into high quality sea salt. Together with their team they create the pure, white crunchy flakes of Halen Mon in a way that marries centuries-old artisan craft with high technology.

Their sea salt is organically certified and a foodie’s favourite. It’s available in pure flakes, combined with warm organic spices, cut with Tahitian vanilla, and smoked over Welsh oak. And of course you can buy it in the company’s shop. It’s great present for any food lovers that you may know. You can also taste the sea salt in the Coffee shop where it is served with homemade local Welsh foods and you can even see the salt harvesters at work nearby.

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, all year round.
