If you're looking for a luxury break in North Wales, this could be the place for you.  First opening it's doors in 1854, the four star rated St Georges Hotel has become a byword for elegance.  In that time its Victorian exterior has welcomed seven Prime Ministers including Winston Churchill and Tony Blair.

We're not normally big fans of quoting figures and statistics in a Wales in Style review but we thought you might like to know that the St Georges has been awarded the very prestigious Gold Award from Visit Wales, one of only 13 hotels to have achieved this standard.

And as you'd expect, your stay here will be something else,  Many of the hotel's recently refurbished rooms have sea and coastal views as well as splendid facilities and air conditioning as standard.  If you're looking to make your stay a real occasion, there are also luxury suites to be booked as well.

Unsurprisingly the St Georges catering also excels.  The Terrace Restaurant has been awarded AA Rosettes and is well regarded for its mouth watering meals and selection of fine wines.

The hotel is situated in prime position on Llandudno Promenade, ideal for taking in the delights of the town and pier and perfect as a base for exploring North Wales' beautiful coastline and countryside.
