You'll find Llys Meddyg the perfect place for an escape.  It's in an ideal location for starters, actually within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park under the Carningli (The Mountain of Angels), on the Nevern extuary and just a stones throw from the sea.

If the stunning scenery and bracing sea air doesnt revive you, the whats in store in the hotel most certainly will.  There's the food (a la carte and kitchen garden) with seasonal menus, locally sourced produce and puddings that are the talk of the town and beyond.  You wont be surprised to find chef Scott Davis has worked under Marco-Pierre White and Nobu Matsuhisu.

Then there are the rooms themselves, all eight of them.  Large, bright and stylishly decorated with an elegant mix of antiques and contemporary pieces.  Each room also features carefully selected paintings from a selection of Welsh artists.  Prepare to be pampered too.  The beds are covered with cool crisp linen and blankets from local Melin Tregwynt.  Lose yourself in a steaming hot bath or monsoon shower with Aveda products and white fluffy towels waiting for you when you're done.  They can even arrange reflexology or aromatherapy sessions if you need to de-stress completely.
