Yr Hen Efail has been delightfully renovated to provide excellent, spacious accommodation in the centre of the picturesque village of St Florence. A blacksmith’s shop from 1705 to the 1980s, it has been sympathetically restored, retaining some original features and lots of character, together with modern twists. The spacious sitting room has a feature oak stairway - splitting two landings. Arches lead from the beautifully fitted kitchen to the dining room with door onto the shared enclosed lawn. Few properties match the level of quality bestowed upon this beautiful cottage. This is a no smoking property. The enclosed, rear lawn is shared. You can pre-order groceries to be delivered, awaiting your arrival.
