Waves is part of Celtic Haven’s collection of luxury holiday cottages on the picturesque Pembrokeshire coast, just outside Tenby. The restaurant is open to both guests and the general public, offering a relaxed destination for a lunch or evening out in quality surroundings. The stylish design is a big attraction, as is the tempting menu which ranges from light meals to three-course feasts.

The Italian influence
