150 year old Welsh farm, beautifully converted into a small luxury hotel

Set in the gently rolling Carmarthenshire countryside, Jabajak is a great base form which to explore the beauty of West Wales. The collection of farm buildings which now comprise the bedrooms, restaurant and conference facilities of Jabajak have been restored with great care and sympathy to offer comfort, style and the perfect place to relax. The bedrooms are individually styled, some with four posters, carved wooden furniture and high quality linen, in addition there are two luxurious suites (Honeymoon and Farmhouse).

At the heart of Jabajak’s are the two restaurant areas, “The Bistro” and “The Grain Store.” Both areas are beautifully converted from the original farm buildings with a mixture of stone and whitewashed walls, carefully thought out atmospheric lighting and crisp white linen on the tables. The menu offers a varied choice of enterprising dishes based on good quality local ingredients. Starters might include a wild mushroom and garlic stir fry and a main course might comprise a fillet of pork with a creamy grain mustard and lemon sauce.

With it’s ample space and facilities for private dining, Jabajak also makes a great location for a family occasion or a celebration with friends.
