Something of a legend amongst foodies in Wales and beyond, Eynon’s is a family run butcher and food hall that has built its reputation on quality. A clear sense of pride is at the heart of the operation and it’s this reliability and consistency that has made Eynon’s name over the years. Every product on offer is only sold at its peak and with an eye for seasonality. Peerless alt-marsh lamb from the Gower for instance is only available from August until Christmas, but earlier in the year there is new season lamb from the slopes of Denbighshire. Beef comes from organic Welsh Black herds, but there is also Scottish Aberdeen Angus too. Couple all this with top-notch pork from “plantation pigs”, terrific bacon and great free-range chicken and it all adds up to a food lover’s delight. It doesn’t end there though, Eynon’s also offers its own pies, ready-meals and a selection of Welsh cheeses.
