Approached by a country lane and set within six acres of shared grounds, rustic accommodation doesn’t come much more luxurious than Poachers Pocket. This classy five-star apartment has been skilfully converted from the north wing of a grade II listed Victorian country house and features a cosy sitting room, a newly refurbished well-equipped kitchen, freshly made beds with quality linen with the option of two or three bedrooms. Poachers Pocket has its own lawned area with a floodlit patio, a paddock and a barbecue for cooking some delicious local produce.

You would be hard pressed to find a more comfortable and cosy spot to start an unforgettable Welsh adventure. With Snowdonia on the doorstep, you certainly won’t be short of things to do. As well as the classic walking trails nearby, you can try some cycling or perhaps some sailing, along with castles, lakes and shops that are all well worth a visit. After a day of exploring, you'll find plenty of restaurants and fine dining nearby, before heading back to Poachers Pocket to bask in the glow of the lovely old slate fireplace with a glass of wine.
