The spa facilities at 5 star Rated Peterstone Court are a recent innovation, making excellent use of the cellars of the old house by sympathetically fashioning them into rooms designed for exercise, beauty treatments and relaxation. A team of trained beauty therapists offer luxury facials, relaxing massages, aromatherapy and detox treatments guranteed to help you relax and unwind.

For something a bit more energetic, the fully equipped gym includes the latest cardiovascular equipment, resistance machines and free weights. In season, there’s also the chance to swim in the outdoor heated pool amongst the sweeping views of the Brecon Beacons. A magical experience in itself, but if you feel further in need of spiritual charging, there’s also a meditation room fitted out in Moroccan style, offering the ultimate chill-out area.
